Case Story - We Gained a Loyal Customer
Mr. and Mrs. Brown have been customers of our carpet cleaning company for some time now. They often call for stain removal and occasionally for carpet maintenance, as they host many social events. They also call if they have questions or must treat a tiny stain. When we first met them, they explained that they had been disappointed by the services of two other carpet cleaning companies and our first service was something like a test for us. We know that many people try out the services of companies before they decide which one meets their demands. Mr. and Mrs. Brown didn't have to explain themselves but they still told us that the previous contractors hardly cleaned their carpets and almost ruined their silk rugs. So, who can blame them?
They didn't make us nervous or anything. We are confident about our competence and skills and so we pulled our sleeves and got to work. We filled our truck with the necessary equipment and were on time for our first carpet cleaning service to the Brown's home. We worked like we always do. We checked the carpets since it was our first time there and tried to see if there were specific problems related to water damage. Everything was normal and the customers assured us that they didn't have any particular issues except from the regular stains all carpets have. We paid attention to the hidden corners and cleaned all areas with special attention to the stained parts.
Thankfully we use new age equipment and ecofriendly products so the job is done quicker and more effectively. Two guys of our team took over the delicate rug cleaning task. This was the silk rug the Brown's had mentioned before and which needed some good cleaning. When we pick which products to use, we always take into consideration the quality and make of the fibers. The customers seemed to be happy. As they said later, they didn't expect such professional courtesy and devotion. They didn't even expect such excellent results.
